Oh yea the other major failures were the fuel pump which went and had to get replaced….and the wheel bearings….

No, Actually you sound like a ignorant fanboy. Ford? The best car company? I beg to differ, Answer this. If Ford is the best car company then why would Onion do a parody about them? Ford is trash, the sooner you understand that, the sooner you’ll be absloved of your idiotic statement.

Also BMWs have a heavier feeling to the steering…like im not driving a plastic japanese car….yea i know the feeling….I one time drove my friends honda accord…great car….it was just that the car felt lighter….i didnt like it as much.

A 2004 with 60,000 miles….hmmm not sure the transmission service schedule on the car but a 2004 car shouldnt have to do that…its so new. My car has 142,000 miles. The only problem really I had was when i took a bump to fast and cracked my radiator…it was my fault….fixed it….but still runs smooth as a baby….Just have to do the regular oil changes….check fluids…tire pressure…I just don’t have that much money really. Just basic maintenance and your car should last you many years.

lol! I had a 94 Ford Tempo once. I was in an accident when someone rear-ended my car, and when I tried to get parts, it came up as “discontinued” and that was in 2000. Six years later, and they discontinued parts for my car. LOL

  17. RacerE7773 Says:

my tempo’s did. In fact, the parts for the air bag system alone cost more than the car was worth.

A typical car in my country costs at least 15 K USD.

This Ford Taurus seems like a great bargain….if only it were real.
