Cops probe YouTube video of 7-yr-old driving a Car
Quebec provincial police are investigating and said charges could be laid after viewing a YouTube video showing the parents of a seven-year-old boy cheering their son on as he drives the family SUV on a country road. “Since seeing this video, we’ve opened an investigation,” Sgt.
