They just need high speed bikes that shadow with sticky GPS trackers that they can shoot onto the vehicle, hollow darts to shoot into the tires to flatten and choppers to follow them until they stop. Then the local police can use radio to sneak up.

WOW i never got to see it until i got home! I live like about a half mile from there. So many people were there. Thank god i wasnt home earlier. He wrecked as I got off work. The lane that the guy in the truck was in is the lane i get in at that intersection. Man and now its on youtube!! Hey!
