That is a slippery slope for both sides. Alot of times the charge depends solely on what someone says they saw against what the accused claims the situation was. One might be relieving his or herself on the side of the road, while someone passes by and decides they were masturbating or intentionaly flashing. The police usually have to take one persons’ word or the other.
Yet another reason why I love how you use a camara, which tells the truth every time!

umm yeah it was that was the plea deal he took because some guy came out his door yelling at him and he was yelling back and the guy got so upset he had a heart attack so they tried to get him on some other charges……so he took this deal….believe me the case is very well known through out the family its not just something he told us. But any way keep up the good work I am a big fan of yours!

i iwsh you would do an HONEST expose on lot lizards..truck drivers in the majority despise them..truckers get a bad rap for the most part because these hookers just keep on at them! the hookers will bang on any truckers side door,windows etc…waking them up from much needed sleep..begging,threatening..anything to get their hard earned money. I was with my husband on the road for 3 years & I lost count of how many woke us up! I told them to go on,they would say-I will do both of you!! nasty!

The geographic restriction has to be requested by the prosecution (which often forgets to ask for it). Also defense lawyers tend to negotiate that out of the picture. It is an effective tool when used. I’ve caught two pastors, a fireman and two cops in the past.

Was wondering if there is a reason why the judges dont order a geographic restriction to more of these offenders and the such. Could you shed maybe some light on what the issue there is? Also could you tell us if you have found or video taped anyone famous caught in the act that was adamantly apposed to prostitution?

Shows how little you actually know about this problem. Even with legalized prostitution, Nevada ranks in the top 5 US states for illegal prostitution arrest - doesn’t sound like it solved the problem to me.
